Ingredients:
- ½ liter of fresh milk.
- One container of natural yogurt.
- Two tablespoons of sugar or three tablespoons of natural honey.
- An additional ½ liter of milk (for the second stage of preparation).

Preparation method:
- Take a pot and put half a liter of milk in it.
- Then add the natural yogurt.
- Then add two tablespoons of sugar,
- or three tablespoons of honey instead of sugar if you have it.
- Then mix the ingredients well with a hand mixer.
- Then set the pot aside.

- Take another empty saucepan and add another half liter of milk.
- Place it over heat until it almost boils.
- Pour the heated milk into the saucepan containing the ingredients from step five.
- Mix the ingredients until the milk is warm.
- Pour the mixture into suitable cups.
- Fill a saucepan halfway with hot water and place the cups inside.
- Cover with cling film and leave in a safe place for 12 hours.
- Remove the cups and refrigerate until chilled.

There is another way to prepare Moroccan yogurt (raib) using one of the herbs found in Morocco called wild artichoke flower or wild artichoke. This method is used by people in Moroccan villages and rural areas.
- Take a liter of milk and put it in a pot
- You take the hairs found in the flower of that plant.
- Then you place them in a strainer and pour water over the hairs to remove impurities.
- Next, you put the hairs in a small bowl and pour about half a cup of milk over them.
- You then pound them well with a wooden pestle until they become sticky.
- After straining the sticky mixture to remove the hairs,
- you put it in the container of milk.
- You mix it well and pour it into cups.
- You leave it for 60 minutes until it curdles.
- Then you can put it in the refrigerator.
