We take the wheat and soak it in warm water for an hour. Then we drain it and place it in a steamer for 45 or 60 minutes, cooking it until the wheat grains are well cooked. Then we remove it from the steamer.

For yogurt, you can use store-bought labneh or you can make it at home.

Serving recipe:

As for serving, take a glass and put the buttermilk in it, then add two tablespoons, or the amount you prefer, of steamed wheat. Stir with a spoon. You can prepare 5 or 6 glasses, put them in the refrigerator, and serve them after lunch or dinner as a dessert. You can also eat this recipe alone with Moroccan sweets for breakfast.

You can even add steamed wheat grains to a milk drink with natural honey.
