- ½ cup (100 g) uncooked white rice, rinsed
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 preserved lemon, finely chopped (or ½ preserved lemon for a milder flavor)

- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground turmeric

Instructions:
