Ingredients:

  • 1 grated tomatoes(Red and ripe)
  • One large onion, finely chopped
  • 70g of khlii (dried meat)Cut into small pieces
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • One tablespoon of chopped coriander and parsley
  • A pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of paprika.
  • Four free-range eggs
  • One teaspoon of cumin
  • 40g of grated cheese

Instructions:

Take a pan and place it over the heat. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, then add the onions and dried meat (khlii). Let the onions brown in the oil for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the grated tomato and let it cook with the onions and khlii for 8 minutes. Then add a pinch of ground ginger, a pinch of ground black pepper, a pinch of ground turmeric, and a pinch of paprika. Stir well. Crack four eggs on top of the mixture, cover the pan, and let it cook for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the ingredients are cooked through. Finally, add the grated cheese, a pinch of cumin, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Remove the pan from the heat.
