Ingredients:

  • 150g butter
  • 1 sachet orange blossom flavoring
  • 80g sugar (approximately half a cup)
  • 80g oil (approximately half a cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cheese wedges
  • 80g toasted and ground sesame seeds
  • 400g flour
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 100g roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 50g natural honey or jam

Instructions:

step1:

Take a bowl and put in 150g of butter, then add orange blossom water, then sugar, then oil, and mix the ingredients. Then add an egg, then three pieces of cheese, then ground toasted sesame seeds, then 400g of fine flour, then a packet of baking powder, and mix the dough well.

step2

Then we form the dough into balls and flatten them slightly. This quantity will give us about 35 pieces. We place them in the oven tray for 30 minutes and watch them until they brown. Then we remove them from the oven and let them cool.

step3

Then we take the crushed peanuts and the container containing the honey, dip the top of the candy in the honey, and place it on top of the peanuts so that it sticks to the honey on top. We do this with all the candy pieces, then decorate them with lines of melted dark chocolate.
